MANCINI MEZZE MANICHE PASTA 500g
Mancini Pastificio Agricolo sources durum wheat from our fields in Le Marche, Italy to craft pasta that embodies each season's distinct agricultural characteristics. Our pasta is made from durum wheat grown by us, using only semolina and water. We shape our Mezze Maniche using circular bronze die plates and dry them for 22 hours at temperatures ranging from a minimum of 36°C to a maximum of 55°C. Each piece measures 19.2mm in diameter and is 20mm long, requiring just 9-11 minutes to cook.
